A member of Pifer’s towing team saved my wife on the interstate during a surprise winter storm squall. The tech helped her get her car off the side of the interstate and to a gas station until I could get to her. My wife and I greatly appreciate the assistance and professionalism of the young man that helped us in a time of great need. Thank you!

Lady was looking at us very judgmentally and was acting like we weren’t good enough for their services. They didn’t tell us about the diagnosis fee when I had called which she said would be $90. Just all out not good energy. I spoke to someone on the phone and he had told be to come by and they would look at it and give me an estimate point blank period no extra time spent just a look and estimate.

Pifer's owner and team were extremely nice and helpful! I ended up getting into a really bad wreck that left my car totaled. I am not from the area, but they were able to provide me and my family with valuable resources including car rides to our hotel and car rental place the next day. Thank you for be a solid anchor in the stressful environment I found myself in.

we were having two tire issues due to construction a flat tire and a sliced tire. Wonderful staff. We two ladies were quite upset. These men stayed overtime to fix all and get us back to Cleveland. Excellent Boss!

I had been struggling with finding someone to properly tow my new car for a day and a half. I finally took things into my own hands and called Pifer's. We broke down on I-77 last night and called Pifers Service Center on Rt 14 for a tow. Stressful situation made 100% better by Shane. Professional and efficient, he brought us back to the store, opened it so we could stay warm and insisted on staying with us until our ride came! Can't recommend enough if you need a tow!

You CAN lock your keys in Jeep Grand Cherokee! We contacted Pifer and they sent Shane. Shane was there in 10 mins and got us back on the road right away!
