I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication from this lawyer. Over the past year, I’ve rarely received updates about my case unless I repeatedly asked for them. It often took an extremely long time to get even basic information, and many of my emails went unanswered. When you’re dealing with a legal matter, timely communication and transparency are very important. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience here. I frequently felt left in the dark about what was happening with my case and had to chase down updates myself. Overall, the lack of responsiveness and delays in providing information made an already stressful situation even more frustrating. I would not recommend if you’re looking for someone who communicates consistently and keeps you informed about your case.

My 2022 Ferrari 812 GTS was involved in a non-moving incident in July 2025 while at my Ferrari dealership for service, when a FedEx truck backed into the vehicle. FedEx was at fault, and all repairs were ultimately covered by their insurer. Unfortunately, the repair process took nearly six months. In addition to the repair and diminished value claims, I engaged SeiferFlatow to pursue a loss of use claim.
