After 5 years and $15,000, Lisa lost our case because she didn’t include the criminal wavier in my wife Margarita’s paperwork, which we did have , so when she went to Juarez, Mexico for her interview, she was denied her interview because the first thing they wanted to see was the waiver, which Lisa had not included in Margarita’s paperwork. Lisa then lied to me and she said she didn’t know that Margarita needed the waiver for her interview, which was a lie because everyone knows that is the most important piece of paperwork you need for your interview.

We came to Seifert Law Office for help with an Adjustment of Status case. Dr. Seifert is very knowledgeable and explained to us what to expect. Possible timeline, etc. Within a few days Rebecca sent us a “to-do list” . Very clear on what step is next. And when we had questions we got answers. Either via email or a phone call. They took time to review all the forms and documentation, making sure all was correctly submitted. Rebecca is kind and very dedicated to her job. Dr. Seifert is super prepared, humble, kind, a real human being. Dr. Seifert attended the interview with us. It gave us extra confidence. She did great. My son turned 21 during covid and was still able to come here. My 2 daughters got here within 3 months of processing the papers. Lisa, and her staff were very helpful and professional throughout the process. From the start, Lisa and Rebecca were really nice to me and offered the option for her to prepare and attend the interview with us. The officer didn’t really ask me a-lot of question and Lisa prepared me for all the questions they asked during the interview. It was an extra expense well spent. The whole process was almost two years. Most of it was waiting approval of my permanent residence card and the long wait is over. Thank you Lisa and Rebecca for all you did for me I really appreciate it. I’m happy i finally received my 10yrs resident card.

I am sharing for a very dear friend of mine. Her experience over the years is disheartening. She was treated as though she didnt matter and that she was wasting their time. No human being should ever make another feel as though they are less than. This is what she shared with me..... Really unfortunate how I was treated over the past years with Seifert Offices. They would forget about appointments, forgot you submitted certain documents or would “accidentally” miss place them. Unprofessional manners & just the way they would speak to you as a human. No matter how/where your case is going, lawyers need to care & I felt as if mine didn’t matter. I hope it goes well for anyone who decides to sign with them.
