I had the pleasure of working with Joel Seledee to settle a debt that was crucial to allowing my 86-year-old father to close on his reverse mortgage. Worst law firm, tried to steal my money after putting a hold on my account for 3 months and lost the garnishment rulings. The appeal allowed me to retrieve all my money, it was a very sneaky move by Seledee for no reason at all because I was making payments on time for 3 years plus.

0 starts. Seledee is a terrible person. Extremely rude and lack of empathy. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this attorney as you see he has 2 stars. The reviews are true. Everyone is rude in the office And lack professionalism. And yes I do believe he has a personal vendetta against people of color. Literally talked down too. Please do not support this law group if you can even call it that. Absolute circus.

If I could put zero I would. I received a letter in the mail stating I owed a lot of money for something I have zero idea about. I called the office and asked for the receptionist name several times, and she ignored me and/or put me on hold without my knowledge. I called back with a blocked number and they asked was this Mrs. Henderson and I said yes and she stated that she needed to put me on hold to speak to the lawyer. I informed her that I have no problem being on hold but I’ve been asking the receptionist name and she refuses to give it to me. She ‘said’ her name is Carol. Then I get on the phone with the lawyer Mr. Joel Seledee and he is laughing at me stating that I have no knowledge of this. I also informed him that if this happened in Baltimore city there would be evidence of me on cameras and reports. The lawyer, receptionist, and any other person/s that work there have no knowledge of any debt owed. The lawyer also informed me he would be looking into this, I would assume someone sending a letter would’ve already looked into it. I would definitely look into another lawyer, if using this one.

Disgusting Attorney. He will call you names and be extremely rude to you, he doesn’t know how to talk to people. I think the title of being an Attorney sends him on a power trip.

The receptionist is very unprofessional. The staff is too. No knowledge of any question you may have and not helpful at all. They send notices and then can't find you in the system. I do not recommend Their services at all no matter what. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! -0 stars

this company has very very very poor staff, i don't understand how this is even a lawyer office. this is sad very sad, kept sadel and kept hanging up every time she is so rude she scream at me and also hang up 5 times! really rude.
