Absolutely terrible experience!!!! Dealing with Sellers, Ayers, Dortch & Lyons, P.A. has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. From the start, they were completely unaccommodating and seemed more interested in charging me every month than actually helping. Communication was extremely delayed, and any attempt to get clarity or assistance was met with indifference or ignored entirely. It felt like their only priority was billing, not service. I strongly urge others to think twice before working with them. Be warned.

Please, do not use the services from this law firm if you have choice. If you don’t have choice, you are stuck. Their fees structure is ridiculous. They don’t explain why and for what they are charging, all you get is notice of amount due. If you ask for breakdown of your fees, they randomly makeup something plus they never pick the phone, so there is no one, who can explain your charges. Please there tons of other law firm out there. Do not use this people.

Absolutely great service. From initial talks all the way through mediation and beyond. I worked with Brett Dressler on a case during a hard time and he went above and beyond. Even when the hospital refused to lower the bill, he kept on it until they lowered the bill and I got every dollar I deserved.

The worst law firm I have ever dealt with

I have been represented by Mr. Robert Whitlow for the last three years. During this time he has been professional, responsive and accommodating to all of my questions and concerns. With each step of the process, Mr. Whitlow made me feel confident in working with him and I completely understood what was occurring and what was the next step. I would get a return phone call or email usually the same day or at least the next, which is a rarity these days.
