Pros: I started with Kestner injury law and his team did not care at all. They gave me bad avic and I let them go. I then moved to Adam Reed with Ponce Law, he did good but did not want the case after a few months. I was referred to Adam Selvidege in which I really appreciated as he did great with my case. Adam really cares about morales and principles rather than taking the bigger case. He helps the small fish too. Cons: I was assured my property damage would also be included in my representation by his staff during intake. It was not. I did get a little advice from Adam which I am thankful for but if it’s not something he wants to do, it would be best for his staff to be on the same understanding. I told the intake lady I was only willing to do the PI if they did the PD also. Either way I got stuff taken care of on my own. Adam may have done more that I didn’t know I’m not sure. Lastly, there was a 1/3 fee discussed but at some point near settlement a 40% fee was brought up over the 1/3 which was never a thing with me. I’m really not sure what that was about but Adam paid me out the 1/3. It’s not a big deal to me because I think Adam acts in good faith and was probably again a miscommunication with his staff. With probably any attorney it’s a lengthy process. Overall, Adam is great and I highly recommend using him.

This law firm is absolutely amazing! And what makes any establishment amazing are the people/staff! I can be a pain in the rear at times. But they were patient with me. Even I know you can't rush the process. And yes, it is a process! But it'll end with you smiling and thanking them! I am a person who reads everything. However, I trusted them so much that I didn't even read the paperwork to receive my check that they presented me. But. Mr Selvedge made sure I read it lol. I can trust a person who wants you to know what you may not want to know but need to know. I'll definitely use them again. Again it's a process. Just be patient!
