We have used Senerchia + Senerchia for multiple closings on our personal house, income properties and renovation projects. The renovation properties often come with complicated titles (foreclosures, probate, etc) and not once have we worried that it'd turn out ok on the other end. Tony and his team have always gone above and beyond in their roles to make the purchases (and eventual sales) of these properties as quick and easy as possible, while also investigating each property thoroughly. In addition to real estate, we've used the office for our personal wills/trusts. We found the process to be surprisingly easy to navigate with Anthony's help. It's wild how talking about our kids future after our potential deaths was somehow a pleasant experience. He had so many great points that I never would have considered without his leadership. It was so worth going through this process so that our family, friends and loved ones do not have to guess about any of our wishes, or deal with any legal drama.
