Senior Adults Legal Assistance

I recently requested probono representation for a DV case this agency is totally booked up for all of May so please if your asking for assistance give at least a month and a half notice. That way your able to get the help you need.i was referred to Bay area legal services.

The courts refer them because they assume help with evictions Wrong! Project Sentinal refers them. All these funded organizations are put in place to help elder people with simple legal aid, they have attorneys yet the person taking the call bars you automatically as if they are lawyers themselves just by 2 questions. Refused to help aid my mother elderly of 68 for an eviction to respond the court they had the audacity to tell me "well why dont you help her with legal papers". This place is empty and as useless seeing many other reviews. They dont care! they dont help! needs to be defunded. They refer you and thats it when clearly their website mission is to help in cases of eviction even sherrifs eviction, yet they cant help prepare a reaponse to the court. Shamefull

No matter how many times you call they don't even give a Courtesy call back to let you know if they can help it's completely ridiculous the courts recommend this place and they just brush you off they are very rude and unprofessional

A scam for seniors. When asking for help. They find out what senior building. Take your complaint. Call u tell u unfortunately they can't help u due to conflict of interest. Hell, the network of lawyers representing CARE. Which has family and senior dwellings throughout the peninsula.

Friendly yes they are except as for legal senior help they are 100%👎no good !

Very helpful and professional - they were able to secure a restraining order and being in need they helped me soon. Today - seemed to be unable to help - too BZ and receptionists not very helpful. They were't sure if there's fee and not sure of new location.
