Attorney withdrew from the case when he realized there was going to be no money. He wouldn’t file to go to a jury trial!! Of course it is impossible to find another attorney when one withdraws and they know it leaving you high and dry not only dealing with the loss of a loved one but also the disappointment of no accountability for the party responsible. Beware of their referrals to Scott for probating a will. He was also very aggressive in his approach for business. He called me 15 minutes after I reported my Dad’s passing to Senior Law!!
