I have called several times with my grandmother to try to get her assistance . Never received a call back . I’m not sure how we can get access to resources that actually help .

The lawyer that I was initially assigned to gave me confidence in my case. I not only had proof of my landlords negligence but had ample ammo for a law suit. Unfortunately she got injured and I was given another lawyer by the name of Jacqueline Zaneri. Although this firm is a team of lawyers that handles pro-bono cases, they should at least be diligent and knowledgeable of their positions. She was so afraid of the opposing counsel the she burst a pen and had I k all over her hands. I literally sat and watch how he embarrassed her and scolded her like a child and she then comes to me wanting to drop my lawsuit. With all of the evidence I had she was afraid to go before the judge. The agreement that was reached was not a fair agreement (but I agreed out of frustration) and now no one from the firm is answering my calls as the landlord blatantly violated the order that was in place, and they are aware of it and doing nothing 🤬🤬🤬 Please advise anyone you know to NOT use these people if your are offered their services... especially if you are gonna be represented by JACQUELINE.....I know more about the law that she does. I am currently searching for ways to file a formal complaint against this firm cause they are more for the landlords then the tenants (whom they are supposed to be representing)

Felt scammed by what was supposed to be my lawyer for 3 days and then was an advisor. Did nothing for me and seemed to be lawyer for who I complained of. Wasted so much time I could have resolved without advisor. I didn’t contact and was obvious he was working for whoever contacted Center. I asked lawyer to get me answer to 1 question. Would not even give me answer to that, and pretended he did. Very upsetting - never again contact this Center.

My lawyer wasn't any help with my LT case. He failed to assist me when all my landlord asked for was an email for verification. He never sent the email, which prompted me to remove him as my lawyer. Seeking help elsewhere.

I love the work SeniorLAW Center is doing on behalf of older people! It is critical, time-sensitive and life changing work that takes commitment, expertise and a heart to serve. I volunteer, donate annually and have attended their Gala for the last few years. When I hear the stories of people who have been helped by SeniorLAW Center, I am so grateful to know an organization like this exists.

This place is useless. The phone is never answered. I have been calling for the past three weeks, on behalf of someone in my family, and the hours that they are supposed to answer are from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm, but none of the numerous calls I’ve made have been answered. This is horrible for seniors to have to deal with.

Tape message replay without connecting to a live staff member. Another scam that makes it difficult for seniors to get help. Especially for those use who are technically challenged. 😡

This company is the worst. One of their attorney’s crossed examined my character witness during a hearing, and questioned her sexuality, and now we are being labeled as gay lovers. For I have nothing against gay people, but for them to do this was way out of line, had nothing to do with my case and very unprofessional of them. I will continue to fight in reference to this matter for this is effecting my lifestyle now.

I am absolutely pleased with the work that this firm done to assist me with my landlord situation, attorney Vincent Montoya Armanios and Daniel Hyman are top notch. I will gladly refer this firm to anyone...
