Steve Sercu – Consider his consult – he will not disappoint. Very knowledgeable – at first meet he was able to quote the law and explain in common terms. Responsive – any time I called during business hours he picked up my call. Flexible – with my busy work schedule. He was able to meet me on a Saturday and Sunday. Steve Sercu and his wife Marilee are both literally animals in the world of law. Let me tell you this . They are worth every single penny. I had a rough part in my life and got multiple DWIs and now a year later have everything back and clean. He also saved me from losing my license a year later by calling me to remind me to pay the court that I forgot about , tell me about having your back !!! You don’t find lawyers like this that care about you literally as their own family . Now about his wife. My brother had a daughter last year and walked away with full custody. Called and asked this simple question.I need a case dismissed in one county (have all the evidence for why case need to be dismissed )and to start the process in the correct county. Can this firm do that? And I was told that I have to pay the 475. So pay 475 to ask the same question with possibly be told that I have to go to a different lawyer. Receptionists can’t differentiate between consulting on a case or questioning weather or they do service the other county. Then just repeats I’m sorry I can’t help you. Do Better! Like your job is technically helping people but make it hard as hell for people to get the help they need.
