Some of these reviews below are wild and most likely falsely written by competitors or anyone that has lost a case to Sergi & Associates. David, Tony, Kyler, and the rest of the team at their firm are beyond professional and ore than you could ever ask for from a legal team. Never hae questions gone unanswered, court appearance not been productive, communication not been responded to... There have been so many communications they could have charged me for, and did not, out of straight compassion for their clients. They will fight for you and are worth every penny you have.

David Sergi is not your typical attorney, he will answer your calls at 1AM and will fight for you with all his might! If you need someone to deliver results that’s your guy! Got all cases dismissed and fought for what’s right ,also he just got named in top 200 cannabis lawyers of the country!

Do not recommend from my experience they have an person there named Anthony Fusco who will make it seem like he knows how to be a lawyer when in fact he's there to draw things out and get as much cash as possible from you without actually doing anything to help.
