I had a car wreck in October of last year and I was recommended to Serious Injury. All in all the service was good. The reason behind the 4 star rating was due to not being fully informed about aspects of the suit and what to expect. I felt as if I was calling more than I was called. Regardless all the staff were very friendly and professional. Thank you all.

Very responsive and empathetic.

My initial experience with them was satisfying, but as time went on, their communication became increasingly sporadic. When I tried to contact the specific person working on my case, they unprofessionally informed the receptionist that they were not present.

They never return my call. I'll let the public judge.

This is a sham law firm. They pretend to be on your side and have your best interests in mind but they are not. They prey on your vulnerability and lie and keep you in the dark under the "Alpha Phi Alpha" false pretenses, at least we were. Then promise certain things and lie and never follow through. I would and will continue to tell our experience regarding our sons death .

I thoroughly appreciate each of the team. The three of you were compassionate, informative, professional and consistent. No matter who I spoke with, the information and level of professionalism was remarkable. I appreciate each of you, but Ashley receive the brunt of my down moments and she handled it like a pro.
