When our insurance wanted to pay 20% of what we needed to repair our home after a tree fell through the roof we Contacted Sam Hoffman. When we had hurricane damage 20 years ago, our insurance company was there the next day and we had no issues. This time, a different carrier wanted to play games. We have been living a nightmare since November 2024. Sam and her associates stepped up and persisted until we got an acceptable amount of assistance. She never was impatient with us. We took care of all business by phone and fax as we live 45 minutes from their office. Staff was always friendly and prompt to return emails and calls.
