About 7 months ago, I saw Mr. John in someone's meeting, I discuss my case and he promised me to handle my case in very reasonable amount. He did handle my case as a very professionals attorney. I find him a very good, sincere and true person and friend. He gave me extra time and all good advices even though it took his lot extra time. He called me to remove my last review until I've read all these reviews I was told by my friend that years ago helped her 3 kids for there ssi case and was great then I get a text to remove 2 stars I clearly said no text back why when I called your office last year a clerk answered and this year I call it says mailbox is full I get it covid people get sick.But my family lawyer said he is not to be trusted and she too lives in Connecticut. I'm glad I decided to withdraw from my child ssi case and will wait till she is older cause this is covid stuff is making people not do there jobs honestly and mr sarrono don't call or text me ever again just to ask me to remove stuff you might of been nice years ago but after reading all these shame on you.

Well let me tell you that this is not a fake review, i have known john for over 6 years and he have represented me for a fall injury,disability case and other stuff he has helped me in so he a ACE lawyer (5 🌟) I see a lot of reviews on here with a 1 star but they are not responding back to john when he said he has not represented them so you know they are fake reviews. John thanks for all the help you have giving me.

This lawyer will stab you in the back. This lawyer will steal your money and don’t do anything about your case. I hired him to help me out for a criminal case. He took 3500 dollar for my case and after that he did not answer my phone calls, he went on vacation, I asked him about the case and he never had an answer. He want to keep switching court day and don’t do anything about it. I tried to fired him so I can get me another lawyer and he won’t leave my case alone, is not like he actually doing something good toward my case is the opposite. I don’t even know what else to do. For him to stop coming to court.

He is the worse lawyer anyone can get. He will take your money and won’t do anything towards your case. My sister in law hired him to help her with a family case that he did not help or look like he want help. He never picked up you phone calls or he don’t know the answer of anything you asked him. Please I recommend you not to go to him. He will take your money and not work in your case and there is nothing you can do about it

Stay far away from this law firm. They were quick to take my money but have so far failed to live up to their end of the deal. They were hired to assist with an immigration case, and everything seemed great until right after I paid them. They promised to send a contract several times, but have not done so yet (it's been over 2 months). They also refuse to answer when asked if they have a tracking number for the package they supposedly sent to USCIS. I have been attempting to get in touch with Susana, the paralegal my wife and I worked with, or John Serrano since May 15, but no one is returning my calls, texts, or emails. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Do not trust this shoddy firm with your money, time, or legal issues.
