She and her team of knowledgeable individuals worked tirelessly to put my mind at ease and provided me with the best possible outcome. She is very personable and professional. Finding Serrano was truly a blessing, She quickly resolved my divorce. I unfortunately used another Law Firm who drug it out for 3 years without any kind of resolution just alot of time and money . This team was amazing! My mom had a lawyer prior to them that did absolutely nothing the whole first 10 months of my moms case. i found Serrano Legal Solutions and they were great to us from the start so i immediately fired the first lawyer. My moms english is not the best but Samantha was great with translation and helping my mom understand when i wasnt present to help her. My father hired Attorney Lisette Serrano in August 2024 after reading many positive reviews describing her as a fighter. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing and not what we expected. From the start, communication with this firm was extremely poor. My father only spoke to Ms. Serrano once — during the initial consultation — and never again after that. Every single communication after hiring her was through her paralegals, While the paralegals were always very respectful and professional, and honestly communicated more with us than the attorney ever did, my father was paying for legal representation and should have received updates directly from his attorney. Two scheduled phone conferences were also missed by Ms. Serrano. There was no follow-up, no apology, and no reassurance. Even after I voiced our concerns to her staff that we were unhappy and unsure about continuing, nothing changed. It felt as though no effort was made to guarantee client satisfaction, despite us expressing our frustration. Despite paying in full and never missing a payment, my father was left completely in the dark about his own case. Court dates would come and go without any explanation of what happened or what the next steps were. I personally sent multiple emails asking for updates, The only response we received from Ms. Serrano herself was a brief “please be patient” email, after months of silence. After more than 13 months of no progress, my father ultimately had to let her go. Over $4,000 was spent, and unfortunately, there was nothing to show for it. The final phone call before ending services was especially upsetting. Ms. Serrano called under the mistaken impression that there was a phone conference scheduled (which there was not). During that call, she was dismissive, talked over me, would not let me express our concerns, and even said, “Keep talking — you’re only getting charged for this call.” What was even more disappointing was her reaction when she learned that my father was in Mexico caring for his ill mother — something the entire law firm already knew. She seemed upset and said, “What is your father doing in Mexico during his divorce? He’s only sticking his head more in the sand.” That comment came across as rude, insensitive, and not something any client wants to hear from their own attorney. It was not reassuring in any way. She also mentioned that my father could be at risk of paying the other party’s attorney fees, which was confusing since we were never given updates or explanations throughout the entire 14 months of representation. We are not writing this review to bad-mouth anyone, but to share an honest experience so that others who are searching for a truly dedicated divorce attorney can make a more informed decision. We genuinely wish things had been different. Thank you

I was one of Lisette’s many clients and all I can say is she’s a fighter. My case took 3 years and more. I spent it. It’s not easy and I fought dime for dime. I asked for what I wanted and she got it done. Many times wanted to give in cause of daily struggles and bills but she works with you. In the end I got it and have my daughter. Have the upmost gratitude for her and her team that fought and checked up on me all the time. If you want a shark and I fighter , I recommend her . I would give more than 5 stars if I could. The lawyer told me that I had to find another lawyer; there was only a week left before we appeared in court. Thank God I found the right lawyer. I feel very grateful that Attorney Serrano handled my divorce case since it was a quick divorce and she is very responsible for ensuring that my divorce petition was fulfilled. She is a very good attorney.

Mrs.Serrano herself is amazing as many others have mentioned she has such a drive and definitely puts a good fight to win your case as she did mine. Samantha and Odalys are wonderful as well they have such great attitudes and are very attentive and when it comes to being detailed and informative on things. if you need someone to win your case, she's definitely the one you should choose. she has made my moms life more at peace after finalizing her divorce case. She would put on a black hoodie and her black air forces so you know she means business!
