I would not recommend Seth Moseby of Thompsontown, PA for estate representation. So far in my experience, his conduct has been unprofessional and inappropriate, especially given the nature of the circumstances. While handling sensitive estate matters, myself and two others, observed Seth frequently engaging in flirtatious and overly personal behavior with another heir. This included excessive laughing, whispering, playful banter, and an unusual level of physical closeness. Their interactions conveyed an inappropriate degree of familiarity and romantic undertone, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere for those present. Their behavior was particularly unsettling as it occurred on the decedent’s property and during a time that called for respect and professionalism. I believe Seth’s conduct reflects poorly on the level of professionalism and not at all reflective of the standards expected from someone in his position.
