They handled my mother's estate. It was such an easy experience. They are patient and kind. They explain everything without you needing yo have their level of legal understanding. Importantly I am always comfortable talking to them. Communication is clear and constant. Emails and calls are responded to quickly. After the initial meeting with Kimberly, at which she patiently explained the subject matter, some of which I retained, I felt that I made the correct choice of law firms. After receiving the document drafts, we were able to take as much time as we needed to review and think about things. A year later we returned to sign and once again Kimberly and her staff were professional, friendly and knowledgable about the subject matter. All of my questions were answered, the signing went smoothly and I’m happy to have that task crossed of my to-do list. Also, their new office building is very nice and the Office Administrator made me some coffee.

Our Estate planning was done with 7 Rivers. If you are like me and assumed it to be a daunting and expensive task, it's not. 7 Rivers made it super easy and honestly, including meetings, I think it took me less than 4 hours. Their communication is timely and succinct yet easy to follow. Explanations are thorough. Just call and set up an appointment and the hardest part is over.

Horrible experience.... I paid $1000 and requested a phone call to ask questions in regards to Kim's last email. Kim refused to call saying nothing she could do. She could have answered questions regarding her findings but refused. I recommend contacting a caring attorney that will not dump you because of greed.
