Severson isnt worth a dime . He did nothing to represent my husband and took our money . I wouldnt let him defend a dog . Nothing more than an ambulance chaser . Unfortunately my stepson didn’t get Snead for his atty according to the reviews. He got Severson who did nothing to help him. Huge waste of money.

Google only allow 5 stars, but if I could, I would have given 10 stars. I made a mistake and was looking for an attorney to represent me for a criminal offense. I went to a couple attorney around the Madison area but couldn’t find a good one. A lot of them were all about money instead of trying to help me with my case. Preston Smead from Severson & Smead, LLP sent me a friendly letter indicating who he was and how we would love to represent me. I contacted him right away. Preston was so sincere and was able to squeeze me in right away for an in-person meeting to further discuss my situation. Upon meeting with Preston, he listened to my story and never once judge me. He made me felt very comfortable and repeatedly said that it was a mistake, and that he will do everything in his power to get me the best deal. Although he couldn’t promise anything because it is ultimately up to the judge, he made sure he will put up a good fight on my behalf. Preston really came through for me at the end.
