I was injured from a fall at work in 2022. Alex Rabin took my Workman Comp case . He was very upfront on fees Nothing until case is settled . It took until 1/9/26 to get it settled. During that time he was very involved With Workmans comp in getting me the right treatment. I had 5 surgeries overall . Some times Workman Comp was not the most accommodating . I had to have an IV for antibiotics on one of the surgeries when leaving the hospital. Workman Comp would not ok it and keep me in the hospital 3 extra days . Alex came to see me in the hospital on a Saturday to help talk to Doctors and Workman Comp to help me get released. Through out the whole time he was always keeping me updated with what was going on. He frequently would call to see how I was doing. When Workman Comp would not pay my Medical Bills Alex sent letters to those Creditors trying to put me in collections. After much work and effort he was finally able to get the to pay all medical bills. Once the paperwork was settled and signed the results were far better than anything I had expected if I tried doing this on my own. I do not recommend this law firm. I was off work for nearly a year from an injury at work. My case was never a priority for Greg. In the end, the settlement didn't cover my lost wages or the medical bills associated with the injury. If you want to feel represented, then go somewhere else. Nine years later I had a bill collector reach out about an unpaid bill from 2017. I was in a car accident and used a different attorney, they managed all the bills made sure everything was paid and made it seamless. Greg Sgro told me that he doesn't advertise that it is only word of mouth for him. Go somewhere where they will put in the work for what they are taking from your settlement.
