Terrible experience. From start to finish. Couldn’t get these people to return phone calls. We should have gone with a different attorney. They had our case for 9 months and we spoke to the attorney once. We had multiple questions throughout our case and never once did they return a call after multiple calls asking for a response. In the end, the case was won but not by any action this attorney did as we were the ones filling out and sending any forms to the people they needed to go to. After the case was won we were sent a letter saying they would refund the attorney fee And that they would no longer represent us. Not really sure why. All we wanted was answers. Just an absolute horror of an experience.
