While working on a survey crew in July, 2024, I was injured on the job and nearly lost my eye. Two weeks after the accident and getting the run around from my employer's workers comp office, I contacted Shannon Soignier's law office for legal representation. Almost within the same day, everything changed. With Shannon's help and guidance, I did not have to contact my employers' workers comp office nor their insurance provider. Since the summer of 2024, Shannon has fielded every call, email, or regular mail regarding my claim. She is also a Registered Nurse, and so that additional qualification makes her a formidable ally indeed to have on your side. All I had to do was provide details of the accident and all paperwork from doctors, the employer and the employer's insurance company. Shannon did everything else. INCLUDING getting me every cent of compensation I deserved. Shannon kept in constant contact with me and made sure I knew exactly what the situation was; nearly on a weekly basis, to this day. It is now December 2025, I have moved out of the United States, and yet Shannon is still fighting for me, for what is right, and what I deserve. If you are ever in an accident, auto or work related, do yourself a huge favor and contact Shannon as your attorney. I guarantee she'll do everything she can to take care of you and get you what you deserve.
