Very frustrated at the unprofessionalism at this office. I have had countless conversations with Eric Flowers one of the top attorneys and was advised if "They're trying to mess with your money or job call me immediately!" I did just that and got a paralegal. Explained my situation that I needed advice and direction within a time constraint. Waited over 5 days for response back to only find out 1. I received no proper legal advice then was told they "can't get me more than I've got" which wasn't even the reason I called to start with then followed up with he can't take your case. The lawyer never spoke to me and I have ZER0 clue what the paralegal disgusted with him by which it didn't even seem like she was inquiring about what I even called for! 5 plus days wasted, zero legal advice and refused my case based on what I don't even know! Real professional! Im so furious they wasted my time when I needed advice the most.

My review is long overdue but I want to highly recommend Shapiro & Associates for your Federal comp needs. My final settlement went exceedingly beyond my expectations. All that I communicated with , were professional, courteous , organized and very knowledgeable . Though I spoke with Gina in the beginning, Samantha was the main person who contacted me by way of phone calls, emails and texts. She is the Best ! Always promptly returning my calls and answering all my questions patiently. You won't be disappointed with this firm.
