Kevin Sharp and Beth Conaway were an absolute blessing to work with. They made the entire process so easy, simple and incredibly transparent. I informed them of what happened, gave them access to what they needed and they worked their magic. I was basically completely hands off and just had to recover from surgery and get back on my feet to a normal routine again. They got my case the max payout possible and after some conversation with health insurance, managed to get them to drop their price down a few thousand which raised my payout even more! They truly are the best in the business, very responsive to calls and emails, very knowledgeable and respectful with their work. Nasty and Very Rude! And a Liar !! I am literally going through a crisis after my accident and looking for Help, I just explained my Whole situation to a Paralegal, and gave this woman All my information, just for her to ask me my name again and info I just literally gave her! she pretty much did not even listen to Anything that I said to her! Did Not in fact take my information and then when I asked her why am I having to repeat the same Basic info I literally just gave you she stated that she didn’t ask me what my name, number and email address! But that was a Lie! I sat on the phone talking to her for about 10 minutes and the information I gave is the First thing that you take down, name! Number just in case phone calls drop and email… I Already feel Defeated and Hurt, and now I am seeking Help just to not even be Heard and lied too! Smh Never have I ever been through Anything like this! But I wouldn’t want someone like this representing me! Everything happens for a Reason! First impressions are the most important impression! And that paralegal was nonchalant and obviously not interested! She did not even take down my name and info the first time she asked me! And was Very Rude and nasty, when I spoke up on her lacking the important information and empathy and I would Never Forget this Experience I am appalled.
