I had a deeply disappointing experience with David Robinson and his team. After working with them on a custody case for nearly a year, Mr. Robinson abruptly moved to withdraw from my case less than a month before my final hearing, something I had been waiting for since November 2024. The reason cited was a vague “communication breakdown,” which in reality stemmed from me questioning a billing issue. Throughout our time working together, the miscommunications and lack of clarity consistently came from their side. I had to repeatedly correct them on basic facts of my case, and I grew increasingly concerned about their lack of preparation. When I attempted to appear in court to object to the withdrawal, I was misdirected between courts, causing me to miss the hearing altogether. To make matters worse, I witnessed Mr. Robinson and his little paralegal laughing together in the hallway afterward, showing complete disregard for the stress and impact this had on me. This firm left me high and dry at one of the most critical moments in my legal battle. Save your time, money, and emotional energy, look elsewhere for an attorney who will actually stand by you when it matters most.

Was also told Jordon could handle negotiations. Paid almost 400 for not one single phone call to negotiation over the phone. Only emailed the collection agency so there was no real negotiation talk. Basically just wasted my time and money. Would not recommend for settlements.

We were told Jordon handles negotiation cases, but that didn't happen in the case.

David Robinson is one of the finest attorneys I have ever used.

Charged $200 after meeting an attorney for 15 minutes to tell me they didn’t know, but could research it for $350 an hour. My only complaint would be the proper thing to do after speaking with other business attorneys would have been to recommend an attorney in that speciality. However, the attorney was nice, seemed knowledgeable in other areas, and the office / staff were pleasant to work with. I would for sure recommend to use them for an area they specialize in.

Sarah Bidwell is so caring, intelligent and hard working. I feel like she took the time to get to know me, my case, and represented me well. I’d highly recommend her, she’s professional and aggressive in court.
