Every time I call to schedule an appointment the assistant is very rude and hangs up the phone, I'm not looking for anything for free, I will pay for the service, I hope the lawyers realize that they are losing clients because they have an incompetent assistant who has no idea what is customer service -*

Mike is awesome and knows how to do his job extremely well. If I ever need a lawyer again he would be my go-to. He explained every question I had and was easy-going and very kind.

Criminal law is basic public defenders. Other work is done very well.. Very nice people.

Mr Shaw has been helpful in the past but I recently had a phone meeting set with him that he didn't fallow through with it did I ever get any explanation for him missing it.
