Not a good lawfirm. Several years ago when I was using Shawn Taylor lawfirm to try and get social security disability, during the covid time, we spoke with the law judge over the phone & I was not give a word in edgewise before the call was ended. I wanted to give my 2 cents.. I am not a fan of this lawfirm.

I have been trying for SSI/SSDI for almost 5-years. I finally got it on my last try. Shawn Taylor and his staff were very patient with me. They processed all the paperwork and kept me up to date as to what was going on. Me Taylor and his staff were professional and informative. Worthless firm. Do not use them. They have no interest in doing anything in a timely manner and if you express any dissatisfaction with there services… they will just withdraw and tell you to do it alone or find someone else. They will not allow you to speak to the attorney just “representatives” that give you completely wrong information…. My sister is an Attorney in another state and after i discussed my experience with this firm with she agreed this firm is unethical and incompetent.

After a traumatic accident leaving me partially confined to a wheelchair. It was suggested that I sign up for Ssi disability. After signing up and going through the whole process without the help of a lawyer I was denied. I contacted Shawn Taylor at the recommendation of a family member. Spoke to his assistant that took all my information and set up a phone call with Shawn. I he asked if I wanted his help, obviously I said yes . He filled an appeal on my behalf.
