I initially reached out to Tim Shay after what was supposed to be a routine outpatient procedure for our daughter turned into a nightmare. At the beginning, my wife was understandably hesitant, but after providing Tim with all the details surrounding the procedure and its aftermath, Tim and his team thoroughly reviewed the records with their experts and determined that we had a strong case. Tim and his team dedicated countless hours to our case and kept us well informed throughout the entire process. It was truly impressive how deeply Tim studied our case and how he could walk us through events minute by minute with incredible detail. Due to the nature of the injury, the case took a couple of years to resolve, but during that time Tim and his team were always available, responsive, professional, and friendly. First and foremost, I want to say Thank You so very much for handling my case I originally talked with Tim Shay and I also talked with Nick. Both of which i was highly pleased with their professionalism. They both seamed to care about MY best interest. Stephanie is the attorney that I delt with the most. She is straight forward with eplaining whats going on, answering questions, and truely had my best interest first and formost. She was strong-willed and very aggressive when dealing with my (former) employer, and setteled my lawsuit with an amount that was fair for my injury. If anyone is ever in need of a good attorney, I would VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND calling Shay and Associates and talking with one of the attorneys there. As for me and my case they jumped in, got started and didn’t stop until it was settled!!

I can’t say enough good things about Shay & Associates! From the very first phone call to make an appointment, I was treated with kindness and respect. When I met with Nick and Amy to talk about whether I had a workers’ comp case, they were so honest, friendly, and really took the time to walk me through what to expect. Run, don’t walk. Do not use this lawyer. She’s claiming my emails are aggressive. She got irritated when I stopped medical treatment to be able to work to pay for my grandmas funeral and dropped a personal injury but continued the comp. Then she dropped the comp. She also claimed I didn’t approve something and when I pulled up the email and gave her the day and time I approved it her story changed. Finally she sold me she doesn’t think I understand. I may not be a lawyer but I’m not an idiotic piece of trash either.

Stephanie did a great job in taking care of my personal injury case. Very professional and well in communication and was able to get me a fair and reasonable settlement. I would highly recommend Shay & Associates to anyone.

I’m still on my recovery journey from a 3 level total disc replacement which happened at work my loyalty & my heart for where I work and what I do allowed me to procrastinate on hiring counsel after weeks of disrespect and mental abuse from wc . Finally I was referred to get help and saw them on a bus driving past .
