Joe and I have definitely had an Emotion disconnect. Lack of advocacy: Taking a passive approach, not fighting for the client's interests (custody, assets). Unpreparedness: missing key evidence Just didnt seem like My Lawyer so I had to seek other counsel before trial... Simple enough right..

Used this law firm for a car accident. I had to take an ambulance to one hospital to have scans and treatment. The other party admitted guilt partly because a police officer saw the accident. I had to do months of physical therapy. This law firm got paid as much as I did to make sure my medical bills were paid and negotiate with the insurance company. Two months after I signed the settlement I get a letter from them saying they didn’t pay a 4000 dollar hospital bill and I need to pay it.

Joe Kuhl was wonderful to work with! He walked me through the entire process and was extremely responsive to any questions or concerns I had. I will be using him for any future needs I might have.

Joe kohl was the worst decision I ever made with a divorce lawyer. He so badly wanted to get my case done I just settled because I didn’t know what else to do. On top of that this guy told my ex husband’s lawyer things that he never should have sent. Then my ex husband’s lawyer repeated them to my ex! It was insane what he said at me as a person and information of personal matters. Please find another lawyer. I was humiliated and feel like I was just pushed under the bridge
