Matt represented me for two accidents which were being litigated at the same time. He told me to settle for the 50k insurance because the lady that turned in front of me didn’t have anything of value. When you deduct the 33% attorney fees, 33% BCBS med insurance reimbursement, it doesn’t leave much for someone who was in a nursing home/ rehab facility for months. I wish I had not been on extremely heavy narcotics for pain so I would have had a clear head to notice how quickly I was urged to settle. Seems in hindsight to be very lazy on his part and definitely did not have my future interest in mind.

Hired law tigers which referred them to me for a motorcycle accident I was in. Didn’t hear from them for over a year, just to have my representation terminated due to “very limited insurance identified to compensate you” why’d it take a year for you to come to that conclusion? Would not recommend this firm, or law tigers. I thought these firms were supposed to help bikers that are injured. Guess this place doesn’t.

Very good law firm. i got into an accident about a year ago on my motorcycle and I got into contact with Matt Roden. He was extremely helpful and definitely got me what was owed. 0 HELP 0 STARS Simple as that. Matthew Roden ignored us for over a year. No answered calls or emails. When I finally called from a number he did not recognize, he finally answered but was unable to give me information and said he would write to my husband as soon as we hang up. He wrote to him with a termination letter. No explanation. Go elsewhere to a lawyer who actually cares about his clients after being in an accident with a totaled motorcycle and injuries.
