Mr Sheldon was not able to comprehend anything he just asked the same thing over and over like it was the first time he asked the question. He I incapable of doing his job seems to be suffering from dementia or something. Do not use him!!!!!!

I had a terrible experience there I had to explain the situation at least 10 times and I didn't feel like he understands anything you are saying to him, very incompetent
