I spent several days calling, emailing, filling out forms. All over Northeast Ohio, adamantly searching for IP Litigation Lawyers to help me defend against an aggressive demand letter from a massive law firm. Two days ago, I was given three days to respond to this letter; including allegations and threats of: - Theft - Fraud - Trade secret misappropriation - Criminal charges - Forensic imaging of my personal devices I’m only 26 with a communications degree. I don’t know which side is up when it comes to any of that. Everywhere I looked: Firms either never responded, Rejected me, Or they redirected me to other firms…not wanting to get involved, but wishing me the best of luck. Finally, I did the Cleveland Bar Association Lawyer Referral Program; which connected me with Mr. Starke. I filled out the contact form and left a voicemail that night. Mr. Starke called me the next morning, and for the first time, an attorney was speaking to me like a human being who actually gave a damn about me. He understood completely what was going on.
