Paid $2500 for ONLY the preliminary hearing and she did nothing. Couldn’t even get him bond. She did not put up a fight nor did I feel she had his best interest during the case. Even worse she had no communication with us and was showing up late. I wouldn’t recommend her ever at all. We consulted with a different lawyer who said even said she didn’t do anything he shouldn’t still be in jail because it was an illegal search! He would be out if she did her job. I honestly can’t believe how bad she was. ( AND THE DEFENDANT IS STILL IN JAIL!)

5 stars isn’t nearly enough! Thank you so very much Shelly Duff you were amazing! We are from Maine but while visiting my son was arrested and charged with trafficking marijuana. He was originally told he was facing years in prison. Thanks to Shelly, he received 3 years probation that she was able to transfer to Maine and NO jail time. I cannot begin to tell you how truly grateful we are for all Shelly has done to help my son. Without Shelly I can only imagine what the outcome would have been. I would also like to thank Erin from David Shrager law firm. She was always there to answer our questions and help us through the process. Erin was extremely knowledgeable, kind, caring and compassionate. Thank you Shelly, David and Erin for everything !
