Shelley represented our child in a juvenile case. It was a stressful experience for all of us and Shelley and her team helped us navigate so many unknowns. She and her investigator Dawn thoroughly researched and prepared for trial. She presented our various options and provided her opinion, but made it clear it was our choice on the direction we took. We ultimately decided to take it to court and she came prepared! We were so impressed with her detailed questioning and ability to elicit discrepancies within people’s stories. We have no doubt that she gave 100% to our child and it was obvious that she cared about us and the outcome. When this experience started we were given a choice of a court appointed lawyer or to hire our own. We chose court appointed and had no idea who we would get. We can honestly say that we could not have been more fortunate to have our case assigned to Shelley and her team, investigator Dawn and assistant Tara. She will be honest to you and some people may not like hearing hard truths or the reality of how the justice system works, but we can say we appreciate knowing what we are up against as it helps make informed decisions. Appears to abuse the subpoena process to keep a parent away from their child during a juvenile hearing. The subpoena was served immediately before child testimony and cancelled right after. At no time was there any communication between the parent and Shelly.

Shelley and Tara were amazing. They were efficient, accurate and know the law. I was most impressed with Shelley's ability to collaborate with the other attorney involved - more as a moderator. This approach allowed us to avoid a full day in court and come to solutions that works for all parties. I highly recommend them.

Shelley was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was kind, empathetic, knowledgeable, authentic and relatable which made dealing with our difficult situation that much easier. We had a very unique and somewhat complicated filing and she helped us understand all the forms and explain the process to us. It helped demystify everything and take away a lot of the fear and stress that came with the situation. Beyond that though, it was easy to tell Shelley really cared, which was a huge comfort to both of us. I'd say a waste of money. Wasn't a very helpful consultation. Chowed on food while talking to me, really not professional and acted kind of annoyed to help for $300 consultation.

I have been working with Mrs. Fuller for a few years now, in regards to child support/visitation/custody for my child. She was recommended to me by a family member, who also retained Mrs. Fullers services for divorce/child support/custody. She is incredibly helpful, kind, insightful, professional and so much more. She clearly understands the law and does her research when necessary. Her communication was above and beyond. When I was having issues with finding a time to meet during the work day (I’m a single full time working mom), she allowed me to meet after hours to help accommodate me. She is non-biased and provides testimony that is evidence based. Mrs Fuller is a wonderful attorney, woman, and now, I would consider her, a friend. Though I hope I won’t need an attorney in the future, if I ever do, I know exactly who I’d retain and that would be Mrs Shelley Fuller.

Shelley was my attorney in a custody case involving my daughter. She always acted in a professional and friendly manner. She was thorough and timely.
