Matthew Huebschman agreed to take on an easement case for our partnership, but has disappeared. He gathered all necessary information from us, said he would review by October 24, 2024 and was never heard from again despite repeated attempts to contact. If Matthew has passed away, we'd like to offer condolences to his family and hope he rests in peace.

A few years ago , I did not know I could postpone a court first hearing and he never advised me that was an option. We had expensive trips planned and the plaintiffs were suing for something really dumb he could have handled it or advised properly which is to postpone court date to save our money we ended up wasting. He did not say a word because it is just convenient for him . I really didn’t know what I hired him for . Not helpful at all . I was new it was my first legal case I was just frazzled and he took advantage of me. It was me being lazy not looking for a new lawyer nor was I that clear what happened according to my lack of experience. Then another time for a more recent case, he postponed our court date multiple times because of his personal out of town trips which put us in jeopardy. For a few years , I tried to tolerate his at best mediocrity, no more . Plain unethical much less professionalism or skill level
