1st meeting was great, I met the twins and their dog. Over the next year I was never contacted once by anyone until I asked. I would wait 3 months and call, be told they were waiting on me for something (untrue)but I sent again. This happened twice. After 1st meeting I didn't actually talk to my lawyer until they told me they had accepted an offer. An offer I didn't understand . I should have been told my options from the jump. Tell me if I want to sue over max, I have to get a different type of lawyer. What. I felt pressured and manipulated into accepting. I honestly believe that my lawyer spent about an hour total on case, the 1st meeting and stopping to sign things that her paralegal did all the work. The

These guys suck…. Gave them multiple calls and all they kept saying was next person will have them call. Doesn’t even feel like they care for their clients/possible customers.

I called into their office for a consultation. I explained to the assistant about my accident and how I was rear ended by a driver while I was a passenger in a uber. Told her all my injuries she told me that she was going to transfer me to a lawyer named Marc de Luca. When I was transferred I got no answer. Then she said he’s on another call he’ll call you right back. Never called back. So the next day I called to see why I didn’t receive a call back. I was told he was out the office and that he will call me back when he gets back. I left my name and number again and still no call back. I first called on 7/6 then call back on 7/7. Here it is 7/10 and still nothing. 🤦🏾‍♂️ disappointed with this team I thought they had your back!!

This was the first time that I had the occasion to require an attorney. Although the process took a long time to get resolved I was pleased with the result that Shellie and Mark were able to deliver. They were attentive to my requests for updates and were always cordial and upfront with information when we communicated. I appreciate their efforts.
