Over the last 4 almost 5 months I have had the pleasure of being represented by Attorney Worden. From day one he’s been nothing but helpful, professional, and respectful throughout my time with him. Adam Sherman took over an unusual speeding ticket situation and was able to get it dismissed with only a minor court filing fee. His communication was clear, he was easy to deal with, and his fee was more than reasonable. I can recommend without reservation that anyone who is concerned about the effect of a ticket consult with him; if he feels he can help you, he will, and if he feels that he can't, he'll tell you and not waste your time and money.

Nicholas Worden Per the Maine Rules of Professional Conduct Nick Worden should provide redacted billing statements (to protect attorney client privilege) to the guarantor. The guarantor did not and has not received a single billing statement-despite written requests for billing statements. Was the $7,000 retainer kept in a separate account? Why does Nick Worden refuse to provide requested billing statements to the guarantor? As of November 6, 2025 the $1,500 bail I paid from my personal financial account- and was informed/assured by Nick Worden, in writing, it would be returned to me, upon resolution of the case, is still missing. 1 star Nick required a $7,000 retainer. He did not provide a bill or a statement to the client or the guarantor for eleven months. Nick Worden had the client take a plea. How does that add up to $7,000…Again, no statement received for 11 months. Additionally, we live out of state. At Nick Worden’s direction I paid bail for my family member from my financial account with money that belonged to me. Nick assured me it would be returned to me upon resolution of the case in writing. The case has now been resolved for over two months . Attorney Worden now states in writing he has no agency regarding the return of my bail money and he will not do anything to locate it.

This Attorney, Attorney Sherman; has completed the objective to get the felony offense off the record. The actual charges and the fine were dropped after six months of good behavior not only was he extremely helpful and resourceful, in sending me a concern that I have received a felony speeding ticket and do not have representation Via post, Not only did he reach out to me and follow through, but he keeps everything extremely classified and he actually gave me a very special opportunity to speak with the beautiful female state trooper before the case was closed so definitely work with this attorney over others just don’t disrespect him please and thank you.
