We called to see if this attorney could help us with the claim regarding a city and county injury. We are not the suing type however dozens of people, including another attorney said we need to do something because we have a strong case. After the attorney reviewed the brief description that his assistant wrote down he said he is unable to help us because he doesn't believe there's a strong enough claim. After asking him to further elaborate it came down to the fact that it wasn't a shoe in and dealing with City & County is challenging. After asking if he wasn't up for challenges he was offended and mocked my husband and his injury. In short, if you are looking for an attorney that's aggressive, creative and up for challenges this is not the right agency for you.
