SOMEONE USED MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER ..I had to make a police report ..my job didn’t do its job by verifying name matches social security number when they sent paper work .. so they just took it out the wrong person check.. called over a month to get my refund and they still haven’t sent anything …THEY WILL BE SURD FOR MORE MONEY ..just off the reviews.. the court will favor in me

Never returns calls. Then flips the script saying you are late on payments. This law firm needs to be investigated for not following thier own contracts.

I don't even know where to begin first they rude as hell they use illegal tactics to serve u they ain't eleven serve me thy put it in my door I never use that legal they hung up in my face 4 times after I repeated ask y they on the bs if u get caught up with this place file a ISBA COMPLAINT this place is american greed worthy

Be weary of this place. They will over charge based on payment plans if you go direct through your bank. They sent refund payments to someone else and then will not respond and take you to court to garnish you instead. Keep email logs of every interaction!!

Gross behavior

As a paralegal, I am appalled by their lack of professional and legal ethics. My fiancé had a wage garnishment for an old credit card debt. Had I known, I would have helped him sooner. However, it is what it is and this law firm began garnishing his wages. The problem is, they won’t stop garnishing his wages despite having fully paid off the debt and issued a letter of satisfaction. I will be reporting Keith to the ISBA for misconduct. I cannot be coming in every other week for a check because they keep “accidentally” deducting from his account. Unethical crooks.

My sister is dealing with shin and joyce and has a garnishment faithfully coming out every week she called because the court said she only has 400 left to pay on the garnishment and the debt collector said she owes $1077.00 when the court said she owes $400 left and they have been faithful to cash the checks. They are crocks. They told her she owed 1077 on January 4 and here we are in March 4 and it's still the same balance on their end as it was in January but court says a whole other amount as they should know since it goes to them first and they sent it to shin and Joyce which is interesting

Well we’re do I begin I had a conversation with jimmy aguilar and he decided I was some type of joke and laugh at what I was asking about payment the I proceeded to call and complain and behold I speak to mr Joyce who assured me they take everything seriously and if I had any questions to call him I called back 30seconds later to ask about payment and what does his secretary do takes my information and tells me he will call u back well he never called me my case went to court and now I have to pay extra $800 because he did not call back 2weeks later he never called or reached out any way today I get a call from the same jimmy who kept cutting me off would not listen to anything I said just wanted my money I hope u all do not do business with these unprofessional people also join me in filing complaints with the city and state also the attorney general mr Joyce if u even read these shame on u did u not say I’ll call u and u never did your a joke

They gave my judgment to another lawyer office to garnish my wages which has been completed paid in full July of 2021 and they sent my employer same case number a garnishment of wages February 16 2022. I have been calling twice a day for 2 weeks and no response. My employer is now garnishing my wages again. Beyond 😡. They would get 0 stars if that was an option

i would give zero star if I could. Extremely unprofessional and as a "law firm" should know what defamation of character means! An absolutely horrible "law firm" that has little to no communication standards. They will openly spread your business to whomever, even if asked to contact a party in a particular way.

This is a horrible company very unprofessional threatening to people who are struggling financially and uses fax as a means to spread your personal information. They should be shut down.
