Avoid Shin Law Group – Terrible Service! If you're in a car accident, do yourself a favor and find a law firm that actually respects your time and handles your case with urgency. Shin Law Group is anything but that. I was referred to them in 2022, and it was a huge mistake. Jonathan did a decent job in court, but his associate Brenda (Sojeong Tsai) was completely unprofessional throughout the process. Brenda, who was handling my lien negotiations, was unresponsive to emails and made ridiculous requests like asking me to drive to Irvine (all the way from the Valley) to sign forms and pick up my check—only to make me wait in their lobby for hours because she failed to prepare anything on time. Her lack of communication and poor coordination was infuriating. It took her THREE WEEKS to get an extra $100 for my settlement, and I still didn’t get the full 30% the firm promised. If you want a firm that will treat you with respect and fight for your full compensation, go elsewhere.
