I have left my lawyer, Kelly Ellsworth, several messages trying to get in touch with him about an important matter. For 2 weeks now. And not once have I gotten a response from him or even anybody in his office. Now his voicemail box is full. I’ve called and spoken with another attorney and asked them to have him call me, they said they would do that, and yet still I haven’t spoken to him. This is ridiculous.

Kelly Ellsworth was absolutely amazing! He took my case into his hands and handled it as if I were family and delivered exactly what he said he would! I couldn’t imagine ever working with a different lawyer, 10/10 recommend for any legal needs

STAY AWAY!!!!! If you go through this firm, DO NOT, DO NOT, use Kelly Ellsworth! He just sat there during my hearing listening to me being verbally thrashed by the opposing party's lawyer and said absolutely nothing. didn't defend me, didn't try and argue my points and feelings towards the matters that should have been showcased.. All he ever did was file some paperwork, and thats it. Stuff I could have done EASILY. My family paid his 1,500 retainer and he pretended he would protect my rights, and when it came time for him to do so, he DID NOT. Don't waste your money on him, I don't know how he passed the bar exam, but he needs his certification revoked.

Took my daughters divorce case and sent a response to the original complaint. Then sat and listened through the Zoom referee hearing without saying a word. Expected my daughter to do everything. After the meeting she called him and he told her he couldn't do anything for her and if she wanted to see her daughter she needed to move back to Saginaw. Fired him after the hearing. Looking for a real lawyer that isn't a scammer.

STAY AWAY !!!!!!! KEEP CLEAR!!!!!! KELLY bottom of the bucket shame on me for even sticking with them. Soon they will be out of business he can not handle even a simple case, gives you false hope and false information just to make rulings pull through Talks big game then sits in cort room like a dead stump

One of the best law firms in the area..I would highly recommend this firm.

Takes on too many cases and doesnt give each case the proper attention it needs. Ignored clients needs and best interests and avoids client until court dates.
