I call Shnider law firm with questions regarding restoring my gun right. They move fast and answered all my questions regarding my concerns. They stayed by my side for 2 weeks seeking solutions for my case and got all my questions answered no charge. They said my case needed no lawyer and pointed me in the right direction. While I can't speak for their defense strategies given that my case did not make it that far, I will say that I am disappointed in the way they handled mine. I will admit that their flexibility in allowing a payment plan for the retainer is a plus for those of us who don't want to take the financial hit immediately. As well as cancelling said payments if representation ends for whatever reason. With that said, my case was sent back and so representation was no longer needed, yet they failed to find this out until about a month later when I had to notify them about my court case. After notifying me that I would no longer need to make payments, I further inquired over email about the date my case was sent back and why. I did not get a good answer for either of those questions. I had to call the DA's office on my own. If you find yourself in a similar situation as mine, please check on the status of your case before each payment is due.
