My family regretfully retained Josh Haugen earlier this year. He doesn't keep me updated nor return my calls when he says he will. As Legal counsel he assisted in filing incorrect paperwork with a closing company and also the probate court which backed things up considerably. I am very unsatisfied with his work. Update: I had to contact a title closing company on my own to gain information in regards to our realty closing date which was two days ago. I haven't heard anything from Josh Haugen's office in two weeks even after leaving messages. Fair warning to potential clients. My opinion, he is taking on more than he can handle being his two partners in the firm recently retired.

Friendly and knowledgeable

Haugen seems down to earth, genuine and caring. Out for his clients best interest. A rare find.
