Joe is a very poor public defender. Instead of defending and working closely with you on your case he would rather be tight with the prosecutor. If you want a fair deal don’t hire him or use him as a public defender!

Mr Shreeman was amazing and prevailed in my case for obtaining guardianship of my dad. He was patient with me when I was emotional and he mentioned things in his arguments to the judge that let me know he really listened to me. He also pivoted quickly when I changed my mind about something the day of court. There was some delays in our communication that worried me a little but he was dependable, knowledgeable and clever. I would recommend him to anyone needing help with a guardianship case. Very important... I had consulted with 3 other attorneys who advised me to wait til after a decision was made. He said NO! You needed a lawyer from the beginning. I didn’t hire him until near the last court hearing and I’m glad I did.
