Did not help at all with my divorce. Took almost $5000 from me. All they did was continue every court date and then withdrawal from the case at the last minute because they “couldn’t reach me” in the whole 2-3 years I’ve used them I’ve had maybe a handful of emails, 2 personal meetings, and 3 phone calls. The last call I had from them I didn’t even notice they called for almost a week or two. Didn’t leave a voicemail. Didn’t email to say they’re attempting to contact. Nothing. 1-10 would never ever recommend for anyone

MNever use this Lawyer for anything, charged me 600.00 for 20min. Them continued to charge me 1000.00s for nothing went to court 2 times for divorce settlement kept putting it off witch cost me 2500.00 to my ex attorney for all the delays I never even knew was happing . Terrible absolutely terrible in court never spoke UK or ask any questions just one. I felt like he way on he opposing side I lost everything. I would never recommend this firm for anything terrible.

The Shuler Law firm was outstanding in my dealings in my Child Support Modification Case. Tamee was great on communicating from beginning what I should expect based on my particular circumstances . After my initial consultation in which they laid out my options I decided to proceed with modifications and thru their efforts they were able to get the modifications done and thru family court system to benefit my daughter. I could not of been more pleased with their services. Thank you David and Tamee!

My experience was as follows. This is the most unethical and lazy lawyer I have ever seen and that includes a lawyer who got disbarred. We hired this man and he did nothing he agreed to do. He was mocked by multiple judges for doing things against his client’s interest. Every time I would check on the things he told us he would do he would get angry and argumentative and try and blame it on us. He charged for things for work he never did. The list goes on and on. Terrible. David said he could help with divorce but couldn't. Provided legal advice I already sent him regarding military divorce and charged $990. No motions filed, nothing actually done.

I hired them for my divorce with a child involved. I always had a hard time getting ahold of them. They only sent me one invoice. My ex-wife went in before court to finally agree to the divorce. On the invoice it showed that all my money wasn't used. I have called and emailed asking for the final copy of my divorce decree and to see if I had any money coming back or at least my final bill. Nothing. They didn't even call me to let me know that divorce was done. I had to go to case net.

I did not deal with David personally but I feel as if Tamee saved me and my baby’s lives. I don’t know what I would have done without her. She talked me through everything, gave me her time of day on several occasions and did everything she could to keep my baby safe. Very knowledgeable. I just pray to God that I don’t have to visit her for these reasons again.

I called and talked to the secretary & requested that David call me back about a potential case & consultation. I never received a call back so I called again. The secretary was rude, she was asking questions that she had no business asking since she’s not a lawyer. Giving legal advice that she had no business giving again, since she’s not a lawyer. When I asked her to let David know that I called again she said she had sent him a text message that I called yesterday not that I was calling for the second time. She asked me who referred me, when I told her who I was referred by she said she didn’t know who they were. I don’t care if she knows them or not. She’s not who I’m hiring for a lawyer. Apparently the secretary doesn’t know her job description or title. I didn’t call to get legal advice from a secretary and if I did it wouldn’t have been her. Everytime she asked a question I would go to answer and she would interrupt me. Rude and unprofessional is what I would call this office.

Highly WOULD NEVER recommend. Tamee was a God send with my case. She’s the one that handled everything & made sure everything was taken care of. If I could hire her to represent me instead, I would do it 100x. David, on the other hand, was VERY negligent. He always had to ask me what was discussed, went against signed orders from the judge, & seemed careless about everything. From 2021-2023, I don’t have 1 good thing to say about David. To make it all worst, he went against me for the liking of the opposing attorney an hour leading up to trial. I had paid $1,500 for trial alone just for him to dismiss everything right before trial because I wouldn’t sacrifice the wellbeing of my children. And no, I couldn’t get that money back even though we didn’t even have a trial. I feel like he intentionally avoids trial from laziness & greed. He’s money hungry & doesn’t honor legal laws. I’m a single mother of 4 & was already having it hard with finances but I made sure I could pay him, especially since he didn’t hesitate to threaten withdrawal if I didn’t pay within a certain timeframe & he wouldn’t accept a payment plan. He tries too hard to be & maintain friendships with other attorneys, & in my honest opinion from experience, this matters more to him than the clients that hire him. I hate the fact that I’m not allowed to review without giving a star at all because he definitely wouldn’t have one from me. 0/10 recommend.

Yep, extremely rude. Trying to give the reception or whoever answers the phone information and she decides to yell and be rude at me because she doesn’t understand what I’m trying to say.

would give negative stars if I could UPDATE: years later and I am still facing the consequences of hiring Schuler. My parenting plan was of the lowest priority to him, Shuler and especially Tamee were extremly unprofessional. I should also note, that after leaving my first review, Tamee felt the need to email me and harass me to take it down. I cannot stress this enough, HIRE ANYONE ELSE.

I am glad I chose Shuler Law Firm to handle my divorce case. Attorney fees were reasonable and they show details on where your money is going on your case through their website. David and Tamee were great getting back to me via email or phone on any questions I had concerning my case. I highly recommend David Shuler for an attorney and he has a great paralegal Tamee to keep on top of the paperwork.

Tamee was most accommodating, and helpful throughout a very difficult crisis in my life. she truly went above, and beyond what i could have hoped for! , and has helped my mother and myself .throughout this very difficult time.
