I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Shulman & Hill. Throughout my case, communication was poor and inconsistent. I sent multiple emails requesting updates and explanations, many of which went unanswered. When information was provided, I was given conflicting settlement amounts with little to no guidance, which caused unnecessary confusion and stress. As a client, I should not have to interpret official Workers’ Compensation Board documents on my own or learn critical details only after money is deposited into my account. Clear communication and proper guidance are basic expectations, especially when dealing with a final settlement involving serious injuries and long-term impact. This experience left me feeling unsupported, uninformed, and frustrated. I would strongly caution others to carefully consider their options and expectations before doing business with this firm. Reply I want to clarify that my concern is not simply being “upset,” but the lack of clear communication and guidance throughout my case. It is also worth noting that despite the firm stating they communicated effectively with me, they addressed me incorrectly and got my gender wrong in their response. That does not reflect careful attention to a client or their case. My review reflects my actual experience: inconsistent information, unanswered emails, and confusion surrounding settlement amounts that I had to resolve on my own.
