I contacted this firm in mid Oct 2025 and spoke with the receptionist who was the ONLY point of contact, explained my situation and was then told by her that I had 2 weeks to act on it before the statue of limitations expired! She proceeded to asked for my information over the phone which she claimed to be writing down but apparently she wasn't paying any attention!;She told me how much time I had to file & purposely responded back with a B.S. denial email more than 2 weeks after the statue of limitations had expired with inaccurate info/dates that I've never mentioned anything about which is why it was an email and not a call ! NO ACCOUNTABILITY AT ALL! If your a receptionist at a law firm at least you could take down accurate information! Your representation at this firm spoke volumes! Thanks for the RED FLAGS!!

Jessica Baker, Dan Connors and Mike Nakamura were tirelessly dedicated to our personal injury case. They answered all our questions, provided guidance and gave us choices on how to pursue reasonable compensation. Mike was our initial point of contact and provided his experience and knowledge to help us determine whether our case was worth pursuing. Jessica was our main point of contact and an absolute pleasure to work with. She provided clear and timely communciation. Dan was our trial attorney, and while we all hoped the issue could be settled without a trial, unfortunately it did not work out that way. Dan met with us before the trial to go over the questions he would ask and what the defense attorney might ask. He clarified what we should focus on in our testimony and what to avoid. Dan and Jessica put together a very thorough presentation for the jury, including in-depth descriptions with visual aids, testimony and explanations for the jury that clearly laid out our case. The defense attorney looked like he was trying to "wing it" compared to how well Dan was prepared. Dan stayed calm, collected and respectful to everyone throughout the trial unlike the defense attorney. The jury agreed with Dan and awarded us more than we had hoped to receive which meant we got enough to cover our costs and reimburse our losses. We are so grateful for the help we recieved and highly recommend Jessica, Dan and Mike.

Ryan D. Malet of Shulman Rogers is very knowledgeable in real estate matters. He advised buyer (me) in the area of Title related to purchasing a non-MPDU property. He provided the correct guidance in terms of asking the title company the right questions related to title commitment and title insurance. One of the pros of having him as your attorney is that he does not artificially make the situation look bad, while exactly understanding your pain points/questions. He is the guy to have on your side if you have any issues as a buyer related to real estate matters or need help with titles. I worked with Bill Gibson and he was tenacious. My business had a customer who was refusing to pay but not giving any reason, he successfully escalated and resolved the issue, avoiding wasted time and expenses. Will gladly use their services again.

Super experience closing on my newly purchased home. The folks at Shulman Rogers - Ryan Malet and Monica Goyal - made it easy. They were also very patient, responsive and thorough in their work. So glad I opted to work with them.

We asked Shulman Rogers to set up an LLC for us. We got a pre-estimate, it was reasonable at $2000, so we paid the $2k retainer and contracted with them to do the work. During a meeting, we asked a question about placing a piece of property we owned in Washington, DC as a Sole Proprietorship into the LLC. Our Shulman attorney team researched it, then told us "Don't do it, it will cost you so much more money at approximately $7,500." We took their advice and left the property out of the LLC. Imagine our surprise when we received the final bill from Shulman and it was several thousand dollars more than the "it will cost you so much more path" we didn't take! It totaled almost $10,000. Shulman had even added several hours for a Senior Partner at an outrageous rate ($724/hour), who had not worked on our case. We were able to get those hours removed, but all in all it was a losing venture for us. This reminded us of the old adage "a wolf in sheep's clothing." We will NEVER DO BUSINESS with this firm again and we recommend you go elsewhere when you need an attorney.
