A lack of professionalism and ethics to say the least. My mom was involved in a car accident in July of last year. She did everything they asked and Salome (a paralegal) advised her that they would contact her as the case progressed. 6 months went by and not a single call or letter. My mom proceeded to go multiple occasions in person and no one bothered to answer the door. She called extensively (leaving voice mail after voice mail) and no one bothered to return a call. My mom just kept on getting ghosted with no response. Finally I went there myself and pounded on the door to the point my hand was hurting. Salome answered the door and said that she had tried to contact my mom via postal mail and that my mother never responded therefor the case was dismissed. When my mom asked what address Dalome was sending the mail to, she provided a wrong address. My mom told her it was wrong and Salome accepted that she had written the address wrong. Now, It's apparent that we live in the 21st century where you can just pick up a phone and call. Why she never called... I don't know but what I do know is that the service that was provided was unacceptable.
