Jeff Montpetit helped us with a traffic accident that should have been handled by the insurance company, but ultimately ended up in Conciliation Court. Even though that is not the court he typically uses, he guided us through the whole procedure and we got a good result. As a retired paralegal, I was particularly impressed by him, initially meeting with us in person and then by responding promptly every time we had a question or concern. An iconic firm in the Twin Cities… when my wife and I were in a car accident and she experienced ongoing neck and spinal issues… I said “Call Sieben Carey” unfortunately, our experience was anything but professional…unreturned calls and e-mails, non-responsive staff, and we were left alone to deal with insurance companies who wouldn’t pay claims, and doctors angry with unpaid bills. I guess my wife’s injuries weren’t severe enough to warrant attention and support. Unless you have lost an arm or leg… pick another firm. and in classic fashion…. No one EVER followed up with this review … 2 years .
