Highly disappointed in the Jack Ross and the firm. Recommend finding legal counsel who is actually committed to its paying clients.

I used them back in 2023. A female legal associate of Mr Ross lost crucial evidence pertaining to my case which was security cam footage from three cameras.

The receptionist is extremely rude. I called to inquire about assistance with the issue I’m having with my leasing office and she immediately made assumptions about my income based on the sound of my voice. She was not helpful in any way and made me feel like I was not good enough to be a client of this office.
